What do I need in order to rent a space from you?

You will need to complete all 3 pages of the rental agreement, the credit card authorization form, and provide a copy of your insurance documentation. Once completed and approved by LRVS you can schedule to drop off your RV/Boat/Trailer.  

Can you automatically deduct my payments and when will they be charged?

Yes. You can complete a credit card authorization form and we will charge you on the day of the month that you authorize. If the day falls on a weekend, the charge will be on the next business day.

Can I drop off or pick up my vehicle before or after hours?

Yes, but please call or text to make an appointment if it is outside of our normal business hours of operation, which are shown below. 

M-F  9am – 5pm 

SAT  8-Noon 

SUN 1pm – 5pm We will do our best to accommodate you. We recommend calling/texting before you come anytime to make sure we are there and the gates are unlocked. Sometimes during the holiday weekends we become very busy and have to leave the lot for deliveries and want to make sure we don’t inconvenience you.    

Is there a deposit or commitment required and can I leave at any time?

No there is not a deposit. We believe in simplicity and flexibility. To start storing with us simply check availability and have all of your paperwork completed. If you want to leave for any reason we would really appreciate it if you gave us a heads up in advance, especially prior to your payment date each month because you will be charged until you tell us you are leaving. For example, if you are charged on the 5th of each month (say 10/5) and you tell us on 10/7 that you are leaving then your credit card on file will have been charged on 10/5 and we cannot refund that charge.     n advgl�%ȷ

Can you get set-up prior to bringing you RV/Boat/Trailer in for the first time?

  Yes. Click on the forms page on our website and click on New Customer Packet to download all the forms you need to complete (or click on this link You can then email those forms to or bring them with you to the lot.  

How do I know if there are spots available?

Go to our website and click on the Availability/Wait List link at the top of the page ( ) and fill in your information and we will contact you as soon as we can, at least within 24-48 hours. If you would like to secure a spot we suggest downloading the paperwork from our website ( and emailing it to us or sending it by secure fax. We will not charge your credit card until you drop off your vehicle.
